Painter, op. 1750 - 1775.
Philippe Xhrouet was a fan painter before entering Vincennes in February 1750. The difficulty of distinguishing Xhrowet’s mark from that of Micaud makes it impossible to establish with certainty the full range of his activity. He is recorded working in overtime on flower and pot-pourri cases, cups and saucers, other tea-wares, toilet items, plates, and egg cups.
He married Marie-Anne Denisot; their daughter Mlle Xhrowet became a flower painter at the factory.
