Lebourg was a French sculptor, he is best known for his sculptural design of the Wallace fountains, which are mainly found in Paris and are named after Sir Richard Wallace who financed their construction.

Lebourg was born in Nantes; He studied drawing and sculpture under Nantes sculptor Amédée Ménard.

Lebourg entered his work at salons in Nantes and in Rennes. His final entry at the Paris Salon was in 1904 before dying in poverty in Paris in February 1906.
