  • Stiletto, comprised of a pommel shaped as a squatting apes; the grip chiselled with ascending ornament in the form of a double-headed eagle supporting a short, turned baluster; on the eagle is an oval cartouche containing a hat possibly intended for the arms of Sclavonia (or, a hat sable), the Vinidorum Marchia or Marchionatus, one of the Hapsburgs territorial coats; short guard, ending in apes like the pommel, with square guard block; the entire hilt of bright steel chiselled and pierced; blade of triangular section, with turned moulding at the hilt.
