  • Fork, part of a set with knife A917 and case A919, of three prongs with handle similar to that of the knife; it bears the same arms, pierced below the prongs.
    The arms are: Tierced in mantle, 1, the Palatinate, 2, Bavaria, 3, the Reichs apfel; ensigned by the electoral bonnet: the initials T C ensigned by a bonnet of similar variety. These initials are those of Teresa Cunigunda, daughter of John Sobieski, King of Poland, and second wife of Maximilian Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria; she was married in 1694, and died in 1730.

    There is a similar set in the Sanders Fiske Collection in the Sheffield Museum, pierced with the same arms.
