- Spear, with a very long narrow head or blade of flattened diamond section with three notches at the base; socket with ten facets wrought in one piece with the blade. Modern staff with two side-straps, and round ferrule with square spike. The blade is stamped at the base between the notches with six stars, probably the maker's mark.
