  • Luini decorated three rooms and the chapel of the Villa Pelucca, Gerolamo Rabia’s country house at Sesto San Giovanni, near Monza. The present picture, with P526, formed part of the decorations of the cabinet room. The Bathing Nymphs is now in the Brera, Milan, while seven fragments of the Girls Playing survive, including the Wallace Collection’s Head of a Girl (also Milan, Brera; Chantilly, Musée Condé; Pisa, Civica Pinacoteca and Isola Bella, Borromeo collection).
